About the recent adhesive issue on our Performance Nasal Strips

If you bought a pack of our Performance Nasal Strips recently and the adhesive came apart from the band, we're sorry. That's not the product we set out to make, and it's not what you paid for.

We've confirmed the issue in our own testing and traced it to a specific production batch. On affected strips, the adhesive layer separates from the band during wear, so the strip stops holding and stops doing its job.

If this happened to you, we'll make it right. Email us at hello@blazewellness.co with your order number or the contact form below and we'll send you a replacement from verified stock and refund you in full. You don't need to send anything back, and you don't need to prove anything to us. If you tell us it happened, we believe you.

We know a lot of you have been using these for a while and trusted them to work. We'd rather take the hit and tell you plainly than quietly hope you don't notice. Thanks for bearing with us.
